SHOOTOUT! SVS vs Q Acoustics vs Totem
These are small bookshelf speakers; they all feature small drivers.
They all have small cabinets, but they also have output that belies their size. Each of these speakers sounds big. Each of them digs deep. Deeper than I would have thought, just looking at them. Now we say that in these reviews, and even though I do have a small room, they aren’t going to scale up like a pair of floorstanding speakers. And even though these speakers dig deep, the implementation of a Subwoofer will help greatly. And I would advise using one regardless of what genre of music you listen to.
